BY CAR:
- From Verona: take the SS n. 11 east of Verona (P.ta Vescovo) then towards San Michele, San Martino Buon Albergo, Vago di Lavagno. Once you reach Stra di Caldiero, take the Sp. 10 towards Illasi, Tregnago and Badia Calavena. After passing this last town, continue for about 2 km and at the “Bogon” (snail) crossroads, just before the town of Sant'Andrea, turn right. Once you reach San Bartolomeo delle Montagne (San Bortolo), continue for about 200 m towards Bolca to reach contrada Zanco (about 37 km).
- From the west: Milan-Venice motorway, Verona Est exit, road to Vicenza, then in Strà di Caldiero turn left towards the north towards Val d'Illasi (see previous route) (approximately 32 km)
- From the east: Venice-Milan motorway, Soave-San Bonifacio exit, road to Monteforte d'Alpone and then provincial road 17 of Val d'Alpone. You pass the towns of Montecchia di Crosara, San Giovanni Illarione, Vestenanuova, Bolca and, therefore, for another 2.5 km approximately just before San Bortolo, on the right is the Zanco district (32 km approximately). You can also get there by exiting at the Montebello motorway toll booth. Continue towards Gambellara and San Giovanni Ilarione. Then see previous itinerary (40 km approximately)
