OUR HOUSE
The property offers three rooms: two on the mezzanine floor—“Anemone” facing south and “Genziana” facing north—and a double room on the upper floor named Peonia and Elleboro, two adjoining and interconnected rooms ideal for families or friends, accommodating up to four guests in total. All rooms have a private and exclusive bathroom. Each room is equipped with either a double bed or two singles, a clothes rack, desk and chair, and all the essentials for a peaceful and restful stay.
Shared spaces
The property includes a kitchen where guests can enjoy breakfast and prepare lunch and/or dinner. It is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, including a coffee machine, microwave, and a small refrigerator.
Use of the kitchen is free of charge.
The house is surrounded by greenery, nestled in the nature of eastern Lessinia, just a few kilometers from Verona. It is the ideal starting point for hikes of all levels—ranging from panoramic trails and mountain routes across the Little Dolomites to historic contrade, folk art, ethnographic museums, and fossil sites such as the nearby and renowned Bolca Fossil Museum.

Upon request, with advance notice, a large breakfast is offered in the morning for €10 per person.

The kitchen is equipped with utensils, a coffee machine, a microwave, and a small refrigerator. Use of the kitchen is free of charge.

There is a washing machine available for guests, with detergent and fabric softener supplied for €5 per wash.
